About Caleb
Great stories and meaningful therapy share the same goal: to leave children better than they found them. Caleb Brandenburg, M.S., CCC-SLP, is a speech-language
pathologist with nearly a decade of experience working with children from birth through young adulthood. He created the Bedo's Hats series because he believed children deserved therapeutic tools that were also genuinely good stories — books where the science and the art aren't at odds but working together. Caleb practices in the Research Triangle area of North Carolina, specializing in articulation, autism, and emotional vocabulary development across schools, clinics, and homes.
Bedo and More
Bedo's Hats is RP's flagship title launching in mid-2026 focusing on speech development. More books in the Bedo series are already in development. Additionally, a companion series focusing on language skills (such as logical reasoning, sequencing, comparisons, etc.) is in the early stages of editing.
Children's books are not the only media being developed. Caleb is also hard at work producing literature for all ages across many genres. As this library grows, there is one thing you can be certain of: every story will be permeated by the truth of Christianity, safe for the young ones, and edifying for the mature readers.
